*Cold calling 5-8pm US EST
*Mobile home park owners- multiple phone numbers
*Recording which phone numbers are and are not accurate in google drive file
*Recording notes from reaching owners in google drive file
*When reaching park owners explaining we are calling to see if they might be interested in selling their park, then recording what owner says
*Good phone personality a MUST

**First step in applying will be to leave a 2 minute voicemail going through a script similar to what we will be using to call park owners. If successful, next step is 15 minute skype interview, then will make decision on hiring
