Generate leads and call them to ask them to watch a presentation, then follow up

I am looking for people to generate leads and call those leads and ask them to watch a presentation online. If they agree to watch you will then direct them to the presentation site and schedule a time to follow up with them. Upon follow up, if they are interested, you will then schedule to have my manager call them to answer any questions they have. If they decide to buy a marketing package, you will receive roughly 10% of the package price. There are four packages. The prices are approximately $125, $350, $800, $2000. So your commission would be $15, $35, $80, $200.
