Looking for outbounder to follow my script and market a list of 450 businesses around my area

The title says it all.... I am looking for an outbounder to follow my script and call a list of roughly 450 local businesses to me and set appointments for Fridays, London Time. If this campaign goes well, there will be a permanent job for the outbounder and would require management as well.
