Looking for Sales and Lead Generation for IT Company

Looking for a USA-based Sales and Lead Generation specialist. We are an IT company selling Cloud and Consulting services and looking to grow our base. Pay will be based on commission only based on first invoice for either a closed sale or lead which turns into a client. Clients will be small businesses with 1-20 employees or so. We are focused mainly on our hosted desktop solution for sales, but also offer remote monitoring and management and traditional IT consulting and repair.

Our commission structure is:
1. For each *qualified* lead = $10
2. For each qualified lead that turns into a sale = 30% of services & install fee invoiced
3. For each sale made = 60% of services & install fee invoiced.
