I would need someone to screen potential contractors and set-up interviews, find leads, possibly interview potentials and recruit contractors. We are willing to offer a commission per person interviewed and per contractor that works over 30 days as well as commissions on contractors earnings.

We would offer you a software log-in and training so you get the details and insert them into the software. The software also records voicemails and missed calls for you to call back as well as the phone system. So as soon as you log in you can start receiving calls and dealing with messages.

We can provide a list of leads and you ca find your own since your own initiative means more payments.

1) for every interview you secure you get $7-$10 (paid monthly)

2) For every contractor you cold called who works 30 days you get $280-$550 sign-up bonus (paid monthly)

3) the for all the revenue the contractor generates which min is around 6k-12k per month you get 5%-10% monthly commission (paid daily or weeky)

Note: this can be 5% (300-600) or 10% (600-1200) each and every month the contractor works. If they work less you get less, if they work more you get more, even one hard working contractor can make a huge change in your lifestyle.

4) You have the chance to get others to work for you and you can pay them per hour or share in the bonus and commissions. Since there is a system I can add all your team members under you in the software (paid daily, weekly and monthly depending on the actions)

Security measures;

The software tracks the money created and the commissions due, you get daily summaries. If you grow it and have others working for you you we can add them to the software according to your deal and it will calculate all payments for you based on who they signed and how much that person made
