This is a full-time salaried opportunity and will be based out of your personal home office, working virtually, and selected candidates will need to have a very quiet environment to work from. We need two highly experienced telemarketers to cold call retailers across the USA. You need to be able to speak and read fluent English. You will need a reliable phone and internet service. We provide all leads. The sales pitch is quick as we sell business loans. Plan on making about 35-40 calls per hour. Your job is to speak to the owner and ask them if they need a business loan for remodeling, expansion, to pay back taxes, or for any reason and get them interested. You will then answer their questions, gain their trust, and pitch them on our business loan programs. Then you will give them the online application URL and email them the link to apply online after you capture their email address. We offer business loans from $5000 to $250,000. Your job is to get them to apply for a loan online. You will be rewarded with a base hourly rate plus a generous commission plan so you can earn an excellent living. We are looking for individuals with professionalism that possesses excellent cold-calling telemarketing sales skills who are highly motivated to succeed. This is a professional Business to Business telephone sales and telemarketing role. You will be responsible for helping business owners fill out loan application paperwork accurately, on a daily basis. We have over $100 Million to lend and over 10,000 US customers, so you will be joining an established and strong company.
***Please Note*** We ONLY hire the BEST outbound sales people. We are NOT impressed with inbound customer service experience or inbound call center experience. It doesn't matter if you work well with others, or provided great customer service in the past. This is a sales job, and we need strong sales closers, who have been successful closing new business over the phone in previous positions. As part of the interview process, we will send you our script and have you call our manager using Skype, and pitch them just like you were calling a real business owner. If you do well, we will move forward with the interview process. We are looking for telephone sales people who have been in the TOP 10% in previous sales positions, who have documentation to back that up (awards, company rankings, etc).
We have a high-end auto dialer so you are able to make many cold calls each day. There is no need to dial by hand. The auto dialer does everything for you from dialing phone numbers and scheduling call back appointments. This is a fairly competitive industry, but growing exponentially, and you will need to be able to deal with frequent rejection, and continue to "pound the phone." So if you like to negotiate and win new business, this job may be for you. If you enjoy one or two call closes and discussing financial agreements with business owners, you would probably really enjoy our business model and the position.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES):
1. Comfortable working on a small base salary PLUS a very generous commission with a mandatory minimum weekly sales quota.

3. EXTREMELY STRONG cold calling experience selling on the telephone.

6. Outgoing personality and seasoned closing skills (we only hire sales closers, not customer service reps!)

12. Fluent reading, writing, and speaking of the English language and a perfect "American" accent.
