We are a Real Estate Wholesaling Company looking for an assistant to help get our business going.I am very interested in someone who has had previous experience in real estate. We are looking for an individual to engage with motivated sellers looking to sell their homes.
Following up with prospective buyers and sellers, converting the leads into signed contracts.
Must understand a basic real estate transaction.
Must be familiar with Podio lead management system.
Other duties to support the Real Estate Company Requirements: -
This will start as a part time and eventually become a full time position. As you become more familiar with the work and become more proficient, future responsibilities and raises will follow.
I have a habit of giving people more and more responsibility/work load and I'm always cognizant to keep pay commensurate w/ work provided.
The hours for the position will increase the more leads you bring in and the more deals we close. Position will pay between $8-$12 per hour (depending on experience) and will receive a $200 bonus on each deal you close (NO Limit to the number of bonuses you can receive). Please submit your bid with the bonus in mind.
*Please do not apply if your English speaking skills are marginal. The job will be talking to potential sellers that are in the US, so understanding a basic real estate transaction will be helpful.
