Real Estate Recruiter

I'm a real estate broker looking to recruit more agents in my market areas. Im looking for one or two good outbounders to set recruiting appointments for me. Things you need to know about this Job:

We have a very competitive market offering for real estate agents

Real estate agents are very reachable (they're in sales so its their job to be by there cell phones as much as possible)

The appointments will be easy to set. I close recruits via screen share so they simply need to be in front of a computer. We do not need to meet face to face. I have met less than 25% of the agents currently on our team.

I will provide scripts and be available to answer questions so we can maximize your efficiency

I will provide a huge list of leads

You will sit through a 15-20 minute screen share with me so I can show you what we offer agents and why it is such a great value.

Hourly wage and commissions are flexible. The right cold called will be able to make a large amount of money doing this for me.

If this works out well there will be many more opportunities for growth with our company. We are rapidly expanding and looking for great people!
