We are an Australian based company and we receive roughly 150 applications every week for our job positions. We need someone to call the best applicants everyday to screen them. If they pass the call screening criteria they will be invited in for a face-to-face registration with one of our team members.
The calling process does have a script that can guide you through the call. We do however expect someone with sales experience to help sell the position to the applicants so they can see the value in what we offer.
This will be an ongoing role with steady pay for the right person who can keep call times short and is able to pick the best applicants for us.
