I need an outbounder to suggest add-ons to customers that have used our service.
The prospects are people who are moving, and have submitted their information on our websites to be connected with moving companies. The outbounder would call these people and attempt to transfer them to companies that offer other moving services, such as cable/internet transfers, locksmiths, etc.
If the prospects are not available the outbounder can ask for permission to send a text message with the phone numbers of these companies to call at their convenience.
