Our company provides much needed services, specializes in locating commercial properties in high traffic areas,designing and deveoping franchise concepts, retail stores as well as fast,casual and full service Restaurants. Our services include:
*New construction
* Interior & Exterior
* Furniture, Fixture,& Equipment Sourcing
* Prototype Design & Development
* Commercial Lease Negotiations


We thrive in achieveing targets and are proud of the great success we have had with our clients. We are only working with financially secure tenants who are willing to sign long term lease agreements.

Therefore we need strong SALES PROFFESIONALS who will work with our clients nation wide (No Cold Calling/ Clients Have Responded To Our Ads ), explaining our services and conduct new business oportunities.

This position will be home based but you need to be very attentive, follow up with the clients and work the deal.

Compensation will range from $1000- $3000 per client.
