Need experienced Salespeople to call Leads & make Telephone Sales

Experienced Salespeople with clear speaking voices and excellent command of English language (accents OK - you just need to be clearly understood in English) needed to call leads in support of email campaign to make telephone Sales by following provided scripts. Hourly pay + bonuses per sale.

We are doing email campaign on a weekly basis to specific niches (Chiropractors, Plumbers, etc.). They will be marketed a time-sensitive product that is a "Customer Review Commercial" that an be made about their business to help them get clients from the Internet.

Marketing consists of five emails with your calls after the 1st day as well as a voicemail reminder about the opportunity to about 25% of leads.

While you will be calling entire list of leads, we will also be able to identify and forward to you on a daily basis leads that have just opened our email so you can prioritize them as "Hot" leads to call right away.

We will be providing a DID number from Outbounders so when you leave a message, they can call you back directly to increase Sales and call-completion rate.

We will be "testing" several candidates for these positions. Testing will include four hours of paid time to watch videos explaining the script, for you to read and learn the script, then for you to make practice calls to us so we can give constructive feedback to help you increase your chances of success on the phone. After testing, 16 hours of "live" calling will be authorized over the next four days. Based on your Sales results at the end of the 20-hours*, we will either continue the contract for 20 hours a week, offer 30 or 40 hours a week or end the contract if the 20-hour test period was not successful. Clear goals will be provided so you will know if you are being successful or not.

We are looking to find people that will be able to work with us on a long-term basis, ideally full-time but are open to part time. Time Zones to call are Eastern, Central, Mountain & Pacific in USA. We hope to expand to UK & AU based on success of programs. While we are a "start-up" company, the products & services we are offering and the calling scripts have been proven successful by many other companies in our industry.
