Do you have experience delivering warm to hot leads in the Insurance Industry in Western countries?
Then we want to hear from you.

We are two Personal Insurance advisers looking to hire a telemarketer/VPA to provide us with warm to hot leads for the Insurance Industry here in Auckland New Zealand.

Previous experience in delivering warm to hot leads in Insurance is necessary to get the position. So only apply if you have experience working Insurance Campaigns in Western Countries.

We prefer not to train the Outbounder – so the ability to work efficiently, autonomously, with respect and to follow all instructions given will set your application a part from the pack. Previous experience in the Insurance Industry is essential as are basic sales skills such as handling objections, sending through information on appointments with the best time to contact, as well as the ability to modify the script if you feel ours does not work for you.

Basic training will be offered such as script and pre-qualifying questions, but we prefer autonomous thinkers who can adapt the script if they sense it is not working.

The leads generated will not be set up for appointments, instead, once you have confirmed the lead, you will pass on the information in a template you have developed (from our pre-qualifying questions, we have a template available for the successful applicant if they need it) instructing we the adviser on the best time to contact the lead to set up an appointment.

This role has the potential for ongoing employment if you meet (lead) targets (target is 1 successful warm to hot lead per hour making manual phone calls) and wish to continue working with us.
