Inbound Rep for Hair Extension Business

Hi, I run a hair extension business and need someone to answer calls from customers who need to know the status of their order, and which curl pattern to purchase. I just need one agent right now. I receive about 11-15 calls per day. Preferable able to answer emails as well. Customers call and ask the status of their order, or they want to know what is the best curl pattern they should choose.
