Project: US inbound (Tech Support)
Job: Inbound callers would be handled with care and explain the available services and then transfer the calls to US head office.
Requirement of seats: 5, reviewing performance we may increase in 3rd month
Technology: IP-PBX setup and call monitoring system.
Payment: $400/ seat + centre incentives on performances
Fee and Royalty: Applicable, Adjusted from bill
