We sell our services to the Human Resources Department at companies with at least 50 employees and to Temporary Staffing agencies of all sizes.

We need someone to cold call leads and persuade them to do an introductory call with one of our senior sales consultants so they can determine if we'd be a better fit than their current vendor.

We provide a more user-friendly system, faster turnaround time, better quality customer service and cost savings that typically ranges from 20% to 40%.

We will provide the leads, which will include name, company name and phone number.

We will also provide a call script, common pain points and responses, common objections and basic responses.

A sales is defined as a company that was called by the Outbounder, who registers an account with us and uses our services for at least 30 days.

Here's the part where you have to ask yourself how good you are and how much money you really want.

The compensation for this assignment is commission-based. The amount listed of $300.00 may not be precise. It could be less, depending on your performance, but it will likely be much, much more if you are able to secure many appointments for us.

Any clients we secure from your calls will be commissioned at 50% of the client's monthly invoice for the client's first year with us.

Our average monthly invoice is $300 so you would get, on average, $150 per month for one year on each client we secure from your appointment setting calls, as long as the client keeps using us. If any clients stop using us before the 12 months have passed, the compensation from that client would stop. We pay the Outbounder within 30 days of receiving payment from the client.

If we secure ten clients in a given month at this average rate, you would get $1,500 per month on these ten clients and the earnings keep adding up with every new client, month after month.

The more clients you help us secure, the greater your earning potential.

There are no limits to the number of clients you can be commissioned on and no limit to the client size.
