Our firm is seeking an Outbounder to make calls to local businesses in an effort to schedule a 10 minute meeting for our sales staff to present our products and services. The selected candidate will be provided with a call list and will be responsible for contacting the business, identifying the business owner then scheduling and appointment for our sales staff to meet with the business owner or decision maker directly. In addition to the hourly rate, reps are paid a $15 bonus for each qualified appointment that is made (and attended).
The position will start on a trial basis whereas selected candidates will be provided a service outline (we do not read from scripts) and asked to call upon a list of prospects, during this phase the rep will be paid only for qualified appointments. This trial period may last up to 2 weeks however qualified candidates will be transitioned into an hourly role upon successful scheduling activity.
The selected representative must have a go getter attitude and will be evaluated on a weekly basis to ensure adequate production goals have been met. The position will start at 10 hours per week and based on performance will grow into a 30-40 hour a week position at a higher hourly rate. Candidates must speak fluent English as a primary language.
