Hi,
I am looking to hire an experienced telemarketer (B2B) that can research decision makers in companies in the Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam & Cambodia. This person will be required to identify the decision makers who look after advertising/marketing budgets and also human resources/recruitment budgets in those countries. The majority of the qualification will need to be done over the phone in order to ensure the information is correct.
The ideal person will have experience in calling businesses, getting past gate keepers, a strong ability to get around objection handling but also hitting deadlines I require
The ideal candidate will be qualified in the following areas: -
- Good telephone voice (Good English)
- Experience of cold calling (B2B) and excellent telephone research skills
- Excellent at qualifying information (full name, job title, direct line, email, Decision maker?)
Before an applicant will be considered, I would like to know the answers to the following: -
- How many call do you think is realistic to make per day?
- How many decision makers do you think you can identify per day?
- Years experience telemarketing?
- Experience of cold calling / getting past gatekeepers?

I need somebody who can work independently and does not need me to hold their hand, knows how to research and can deal with objection handling/gatekeepers
I would require somebody to work on this project potentially full time (9-5pm Singapore time) excluding lunch break. Should this person perform well, there is the opportunity of a full time job at the end of the project on higher pay.
Project Start date: 1st August (4 month duration)
