Position Description: To provide sales support by setting face-to-face appointments four our team of high performance Real Estate Agents. Calling warm internet real estate leads to book appointments. This position has some repetitive tasks and tracking and management of a database. Long term full time available for the best callers, who speak english well, are willing to learn and improve and, most importantly, can set appointments! Salary +Bonuses for top producers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls – initial and follow up calling of real estate leads to set face to face appointments with our highly trained real estate agents. Then follow up by email, text and phone to make sure they show up for the appointment – while working get back to leads within 5 minutes

2. Inbound Calls/Leads - answer and respond to incoming phone calls (try not to let it go to voicemail while working) respond to emails and voice messages from potential buyers/sellers – set up appointments for our real estate agents

3. Life of a lead – make sure to follow what this information and what to do once we get a lead

4. Follow Up Boss and Tigerleads/Paws – log all communication in FUB or Paws – set follow up calls in FUB or Paws – Make sure all leads from from buyers agents, newspaper leads, sign calls, short or stay and equity calculator, all websites, trulia, Zillow,realtor.com, post cards and all other leads need to be in and with very detailed notes and follow through – monitor daily the leads that have visited our website and try to make follow up with the most active leads continuously – learn how to use the automatic dialer

5. Tracking – 3 forms filled out daily and then one weekly form – 2 forms are in Google Docs and one you can email to us daily

6. Database Manager – this person is responsible for everything pertaining to the database
