B2B Sales Lead Specialist

I need help to build a list of 500 prospects / leads for us to email. Required skills include prior experience building lists and market research experience. No need to cold call, just build the list. The list requirements are:

* Software companies with high-touch sales and services products. Usually a company with professional services team will suffice. But oftentimes they have "Solutions" tab on their website.
* Companies between 100-2000 people.
* Companies that only use Google App for Work (can use builtwith.com to find out)
