Cold calling for UK businesses

* Good commission scheme *. I am looking to recruit an assistant for my UK business. I need someone with telephone experience , to contact leads and set up appointments for the sales team to discuss our product with the clients.
I will also need someone with data mining experience to create some new leads for my business.Ideally you will know how to use an access database.
We will provide a bonus scheme based on your performance;
You will get a bonus for appointment made and a bonus for every 10 appointments that you set for us. Extra commission on every sale made through one of your appointments.
