I need Agents to call on Home Owners that are interested in Seller their Homes. The first group of Home Owners are what is called a FSBO (For Sale by Owner), the Owner is trying to sell by himself and doesn't know what to do.
The second group of Home Owners are those that have listed the home for sale but the listing expired which means the previous Agent didn't sell the home because he didn't know how or what to do.
Your mission is to convince the Home Owner to have a face-to-face meeting at no obligation or cost to them. The Real Estate agent will show the agent how he can sell the home at a good market price in a reasonable time. The Real Estate agent is with one of the fastest growing Real Estate companies in the United States with a strong agent network. In the office the agent has access to 350 agents. The agent also has over 20 years experience in Selling Real Estate. The agent has a 10-step marketing plan which includes a strong social media and video + internet marketing campaign to get the home sold.
