Assistant Required for established USA company

We are a 25 year established USA company requiring a assistant with the ability to accurately following processes for our current internet research project:

We will provide our target market niches for you to search online and find companies offering affiliate programs for products and services. After finding an affiliate program, you will sign our company up through their website and then add that new affiliate in our affiliate list. Work at any time. Results matter.

Separately, we also have a need for part-time phone support during US daytime hours , ie: return calls from prospects, set up house showings, so this position could be a long-term position for the right fit.
