Cold Call to generate leads, all residential

I need someone to cold call for me to generate leads. I am a life insurance agent and I want to target people from age 55-75. You will be calling about interest in a burial life insurance plan.

The schedule will be from 9am - 12pm Monday through Saturday. I will provide the list. I do expect to get a certain number of leads each week. When I am dialing myself, I usually make 100 dials during this time. So that will be the minimum expectation.

I am willing to pay bonuses or up the hourly based on performance. I need a long term cold caller.

If you have never cold called before, that will be OK. I will lower the rate and give you a prior used list to call off of until your ready. I believe in letting anyone get experience.
