We are looking for a person or team who can take care of our sales, for scheduled course events, in-house and group training.
Main task for this role will be:
1. to respond to lead inquiries including emails, phone calls, website chat, and updating the records in the CRM.
2. generating fresh leads through online research, email campaigns, cold calling and other methods and campaigns, and then qualifying them as sales.
Secondary Task for this role will be to register leads/contacts/accounts in the CRM database.
Above two roles can be taken by the same person or available as separate.
