Need to find businesses that want to buy my leads

My company is generating leads for small businesses that service homeowners, starting with roofing leads - but will also soon be doing all sorts of things like lawn care, cleaning, siding, remodeling, plumbing, etc.

I have leads coming in that need a home. For instance, I have 1 in Los Angeles and 1 in North Carolina today.

We need to sell them the first lead for half price, and then upsell them on a monthly package to buy more leads.
