You’ll be trained and certified in Adwords best practices & SEO. Training comes from our team’s industry veterans that have been doing online marketing since the dawn of Google.

As a Sales Development Representative you'll identify revenue opportunities from qualified leads over the phone through outbound selling strategies.

We are a startup that recently celebrated our 2 year anniversary in May 2016 (Cinco de Mayo to be exact). This is an unique opportunity for a few self motivated individuals to see a business grow rapidly, be an integral part of it, work with smart and motivated individuals and learn a TON!

We Offer:
Hourly + commission
30 hour work weeks, but paid like you worked 40

Responsibilities:
The SDR is often the first contact a potential client has us. For this reason it is essential that you present yourself in a professional manner over the phone.

Your primary work will consist of:
Prospecting and setting appointments for Sr. Marketing Consultants
80% of your work time will be spent on prospecting new business over the phone
Qualifying prospects for a complimentary evaluation of their online marketing efforts
Building value for prospects so they show up for scheduled appointments

Qualifications:
Sets and achieves goals
Strong phone and written communicator
Is a hard worker and positive
Gets excited about sales and is competitive
Technology inclined

Bonus Qualifications
1+ years outbound sales experience
B2B sales experience
Adwords certified
SEO experience

Compensation:
Hourly Base: $9,360 salary per year (don’t forget...only 30 hrs/week)
Commission: $1,000 - $5,000 per year
