Outbounder to call on warm leads on reverse mortgages

I am looking for an excellent telemarketer to call on leads that have previously made an inquiry about reverse mortgages. Out clientele are age 62 or older, some may have hearing issues. You'll need excellent phone skills, endless patience and a helpful "can do" attitude. I'm looking to start with someone part-time and hopefully develop a long term working team orientated relationship. Hourly rate plus commission and opportunity for bonuses and growth.
