Need Outbound Telemarketing Agent for Appointment Setting

Bluefire Associates implements wellness solutions for healthcare practices to increase cash flow for the practice and enhance patient care. We are located in San Diego, California. We are looking for a friendly, result-oriented telemarketing agent who has experience in making cold calls to doctor’s offices. The goal of the call is to schedule a 15-min discovery meeting with the people who are in charge of the practice. During the discovery meeting, our consultants will discuss the wellness programs with them to find out if it’s a good fit.

We’ll provide the calling list, call script, and calendar for scheduling. We’re looking for 3-5 appointments per week and may increase in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Call the practices on the calling list and schedule appointments.
- While on the phone, provide answers to simple questions.
- Record the result of each calls, including any objections, questions, and other information gathered during the call.

Qualification:
- Excellent, fluent English.
- Positive feedback from previous clients.
- Proven experience in making cold calls to doctor’s offices.
- Pleasant and friendly phone manner. We are working with people in our neighborhood.
- Deliver3-5 appointments per week initially.
- Can accurately record the result of each phone call.
