Need Property Management Experience to handle Inbound/Outbound calls

I need a detailed oriented OB that has experience in property management, leasing and sales - ideally.

They will be responsible for any of the following: accepting inbound calls from prospective tenants (leasing), receive inbound calls from existing tenants regarding rent payments/work orders (repairs), make outbound calls to vendors (electricians/plumbers, etc) to schedule repair calls and coordinate with tenants. They will be responsible for logging communications and working with our local office staff.

Also, have budget for qualified sales person that can make outbound lead generation calls with a script to property owners in attempt to earn their business for property management.
