Our primary focus is lead generation/appointment setting for an insurance and financial planning consultant. We are always looking for outbound lead generation representatives. We are currently looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and a persistent mindset to be a part of our dedicated team. This can be a contract/telecommuting position or you can work at our office based in Toronto.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to think on their feet and have a proven track record of generating qualified leads. This candidate will have a strong business background with experience in setting appointments for insurance industry sales. You must be a highly motivated, reliable, tenacious self-starter, who takes ownership of a project and is persistent and effective when faced with a challenge. Basic computer skills are a must. Experience with CRM contact software is a plus - salesforce.
We require a minimum of two years of experience in business to Business prospecting, appointment setting, and lead generation in a B2B or a business to consumer environment. You must be capable of working with and getting past the gatekeeper, determining who is the correct contact within the company or agency, and introducing our products or services in a professional manor. You must be comfortable and confident in engaging with "C" level executives.
Appointment Setters generally work 20-25 hours each week making business-to-business phone contact calls on behalf of our advisors. The goal of these calls is to generate qualified prospects and set solid appointments. Our approach focuses on building rapport and engaging in scripted conversations with high level decision makers.
A background in financial services/insurance is ideal.
Team Leaders are the backbone of our company. These are managers who coordinate all marketing efforts and communication with our clients and work directly with appointment agents daily. Team Leaders are also involved in company strategy, business development, telemarketing script development, and hiring, training, and motivating telemarketing agents. Team leaders are expected to set appointments as well as manage and lead by example.
