Need outbounder to Cold Call (I.T. Services)

I need an expert to help grow our I.T. Services business. Mainly handling telemarketing, cold calling, Outbound Sales and Lead Generation etc.. (This is more of a Business Development role vs Hard Sales.) I have grew the company myself over the last 10 years, but now its time to take it to the next level. Virtually every business has computer networks and needs support at some point. That's where my company comes in, we managed there computer networks for them so they can focus on running business.
