need someone to get me investors in Forex markets

i want sales persons to interact with clients send invitations , get new clients ,learn them how to sign up and invest in our website which which is specialized in forex trading ,so it is a direct marketing job via internet ,
the candidate should signup in the link and activate the account by uploading documents needed the identity proof and address proof in order to help the clients to signup and invite them to fund their accounts ,
candidate will pass a test period of 5 days and achieve a 50 signups at least before award the job ,

about the salary
it will be a fixed salary and a commission every month with a minimum target to get
