We are looking for someone to come and join our hard working company in the direct sales industry (we help match students with universities). If you are a GREAT sales person you can earn more in commission than you’ve ever earned before, and if you are a star sales person, and can prove it, you can earn more in a month than you did last year. Young or old, if you have what it takes to sell, we’ll give you a chance to prove it. We don’t hire backgrounds, we hire top producers! We don’t hire activity. We hire results. We are looking for people who are the best at whatever they do and take their jobs with enthusiasm and pride. What will allow you the chance to get this job will be your intense & enthusiastic commitment to closing sales.
We have a heavy marketing budget for our outbound sales team, which means we provide only HIGH quality leads for you. Our average agent is matching 12 students a DAY! We are marketing and prospecting machines and train our team to convert leads like absolute master closers. You must be resourceful to convert! We also have an impeccable back office CRM system that will allow you to work remotely from home.
Compensation: This is a base + commission position. Minimum sales must be met before being eligible for commissions/bonuses.
