Platform 29 Recruitment is a new Recruitment Agency that specialises in permanent employment to temporary contract assignments.
Platform 29 Recruitment is looking for Industry Specialist Consultants – Cleaning Department who is able to contact cleaning departments to see if you can generate temporary work for our candidates. You will obtain the information about the companies to call from google.com
Being part of the cleaning department you will ensure that your good in handling objection to clients, ensuring that all communication will be updated in Platform 29 Recruitment CRM System.
You will be working for 4 hours a day (Australian Eastern Standard Time) 10.00am – 12.00pm and then 2.00pm – 4.00pm as this is when the management of staff will be in and will be able to take the phone calls.
You will be provided with a Platform 29 Email Address that will be used for employment needs only.
You will be given ample training resources and daily/weekly catch-ups to assist within obtaining vacancies.
You will be working towards KPI (targets) to ensure that your job is completed to Platform 29 standards. Upon achieving these KPI’s you will be awarded a wonderful bonus for your work.
We are not just looking for people who can pick up the phone and call companies, we are after bubbly personality specialist. We believe putting your own flair into an outbound call will make the difference of closing the deal to not.
