We're a local real estate sales team that has closed $100+ Million in 2014. We specialize in multifamily investments (generally 4+ units) with a geographical focus in the East Bay region within San Francisco Bay Area. Our target clients are private building owners who are looking to sell.
The Phone Prospector is an important member of our team focused solely on uncovering selling opportunities through rigorous outbound calls to building owners and scheduling meetings with prospective sellers. You WILL NOT be handling inbound calls, conducting market analysis, or closing deals.
KEY SKILL:
Creative ability to adapt and to think on your feet during a phone conversation using strong and effective communications skills.
WHAT A SUCCESSFUL ENGAGEMENT LOOKS LIKE:
Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business and equally rigorous follow up with leads in your pipeline.
Willingness and ability to spend 100% of the time making cold calls.
Engage off-script in a professional manner.
Strong consultative sales style and influencing skills. Overcome objections.
WORK HOURS / COMPENSATION:
Flexible work schedule. Compensation is a hybrid base salary plus commission structured to reach a six-figure income on a 40 hour workweek.
