The fronter tells the homeowner about the alarm system and that it's free and the installation is free also, the only thing the homeowner is responsible for is the monthly monitoring. Once the prospect is interested in the system you will collect their info, Name, Address, etc... And then tell the customer that their regional promotion department will call them in 30 minutes to tell them the monthly monitoring because it's different in each state.
