We are looking for a personable, engaging individual who can do more than read from a script. Since the agent will be calling different types of potential clients, they will need to understand the difference in the type of client as well as what to ask.each type.
There will be some personalized training involved as well. We are not providing a script so much as a framework in which the agent can get the information needed, gauge their interest in the product and set up an appointment.
Requirement will include some understanding of digital and software terminology (you do not have to be tech savvy, just know what the words mean), be willing to learn about the growing field of eLearning and be meticulous in reporting and follow-up. You will be representing a professional company who will provide you with the resources you need to make it happen. We are fiercely competitive on pricing and provide value added services that most of our competitors only wish they had. We will give you strong leads or if your ambitious enough you will figure out who else could be potential clients and pursue them on your own.
I'm sure you will have questions about this, so write me and I will answer promptly and honestly. The company is composed of experienced managers and developers that produce quality results.. The services that we offer have not yet hit their peak, so there should be a lot of interest in what we offer.
We would be willing to offer a commission on sales if we find the right candidate who can grow beyond just making appointment. We are only looking for 2 or 3 good agents and will be very selective in hiring for this position.
