1. Google calendar management - setting up meetings, inserting descriptions and location coordinates, notifying participants before upcoming meetings
2. Google drive / Dropbox management – uploading and sharing files, creating specifically organized folders with collateral
3. Deep online research, inserting results into amoCRM, creating spreadsheets with results
4. Invoicing and cover letter drafting, tracking payment with amoCRM, drafting emails to request payment confirmation, managing invoice spreadsheet
5. AmoCRM
- tracking all company email correspondence
- gathering contact details and inserting into CRM
- gathering tasks, deadlines and project plans and inserting into CRM
- tracking tasks completion and sending task notifications
- tracking postal parcels delivery
- drafting CRM emails using standard templates
- creating sales activity reports
6. E-mail correspondence with clients
7. Collecting product testimonials – tracking product trial progress with clients, inserting data into amoCRM, follow up email drafting with standard templates, creating reports, managing adverse reactions spreadsheet
8. Creating Power Point presentations from emails with project plans and brainstorming suggestions
9. Creating nutrition data sheets for food recipes with www.nutritiondata.com
10. Administrative tasks for other company projects, including drafting documents, sheets, etc.
