I have an Startup Ecommerce company located in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We offer physical products in Home, Kitchen and Toys category on Amazon. We are expanding and in need for an A Player to help us get to the next level.
What Is the Role?
I am looking for a front end staff to call on prospective companies and show our interest to open wholesale accounts with those suppliers. Your calling as a customer and they are in business of selling to us. This is a warm calling situation as they would be thrilled to sell to us and they are expecting to get inquiries and phone calls in regard to their business.
Tasks:
- Researching for a reasonable phone service provider
- Opening 50 wholesale accounts in 90 days
- Searching for contact info of 300 brands’ suppliers and at least locate 250 of them
- Persistently Calling 20 - 30 suppliers per week
- Create an efficient Excel file to keep track and Contact those we failed to reach
- Create a weekly report on which companies were contacted and what was the outcome for each one
- Do a 2nd or 3rd round of follow up via email/phone
Qualifications:
- At least one year experience in Telemarketing
- B2B Experience is a big asset but not required
- Very Efficient, Persistent and Convincing
- Excellent command of English specially Speaking (Minimum accent)
- Can meet and exceed weekly goals
- Highly organized and able to plan
- Ability to create great script
- You need to be able to call between 10am - 1pm Pacific time
