Opportunity to help individuals with Private Student Loans

Provide consumer an opportunity to get a significant reduction on their private student loans based on financial hardship or education fraud. The agent will answer inbound and make outbound calls or communicate via SMS. The agent will qualify the consumer by asking questions, explain the program, gather statements and then enroll them in the program via an electronic agreement. All communication would be documented in a CRM.
