Appointment Setting for a Mortgage Broker

We are a mortgage brokerage looking for an experienced telemarketing professional to set appointments with real estate agents in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We need the freelancer we hire to make cold calls for three hours per day from 9 am to 12 pm Eastern Standard Time every week from Monday to Friday. The goal of each call will be to set an appointment for our mortgage agent to take a new real estate agent out for a business lunch or a coffee to discuss how we can help them make more money. We need the freelancer to set at least 10 of these appointments per week. We are looking to pay $3 per hour plus a bonus of $50 per week if at least 10 appointments are booked each week.
