Tele-sales / lead generation to luxury home owners , investors , high net worth individual in singapore .
This is a long term position starting with 15-20hours per week , if you are proven with your result and work attitude the hour will be extended to 30-40 hour per week . Extensive training and coach will be giving to selected candidate .
Your will be reward will $5 for every quality lead generated and addition $50-$100 should the lead be converted to a sales. A proved good telesales person whom learn hard and work hard to deliver results will be looking at a average monthly incentive of $1,000-$2,000 on top of the hourly rate .
We are aggressive expanding the team , we hope to build a team of 30-50 callers by end of the year , I hope to groom the pioneering team members to be the group leader , group supervisor , team manager , or prehaps a country manager of the call team and if you think you can the challenge to prove yourself result with leadership quality and would want to be a pioneer of the team to grow with us ..
