Need Appointment Setter for Life & Disability Insurance

I am seeking a part-time Appointment Setter. I will provide a list of approximately 1000 individuals in Indiana, a script with objections, and a copy of the flyer that will be sent to the individuals. We are seeking to set appointments based on their interested in life or disability insurance. I'll send the flyers out in a list of 250 at a time, so we can make calls to that 250 after they've received their flyer. I am only seeking to set 2 to 3 appointments per week. Appointment funnel for the industry with a cold list is expected to be: 10 Calls = 1 appointment. I am flexible on what program to use to record the calls and track time.
