The Sales Development Representative position is an incredible growth opportunity for the right candidate. The SDRs will manage prospect client accounts in a way that creates a high touch experience to set the stage for effective Account Executive follow-up and future sales. This role is vital to the organization and extremely visible, helping achieve revenue goals.
Over time, our top performers will have opportunity to be promoted to Sales Manager positions, which will have six figure earning potential. Ideal candidates should be quick on their feet, adaptable to change, and ready to take ownership of their career.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct high level conversations with executives at prospective accounts to generate interest and produce qualified opportunities
- Learn, leverage, and help evolve a demand generation process (research contacts, list building, sending emails, cold calling, and making discovery calls)
- Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong pipeline via phone and email communications
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure revenue objectives are met and reporting to VP Sales
- Collaborating with marketing and product team to ensure alignment among all team members
- Maintain detailed reporting in CRM, Close.io
Required Skills and Experiences
- Minimum 5 years of outbound cold calling
- Passion for online marketing, technology and possess a high level of integrity
- Strong communication, analytical, and listening skills, with a positive and energetic phone presence
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-starter & hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
- Ability to identify opportunity qualifications and effectively manage objections to a positive resolution
- Team player with ability to work in a high-energy start-up environment
- Sales training, pre-call planning, or CRM experience is a plus

What does the sales process looks like?
- SEOboozt will provide you all sales material, including standard script, follow up mail, FAQ, Discount codes etc. including a very solid - CRM, done by salespeople for salespeople
- The job will be done solely by phone and will mainly include cold calling
- The offer is the following:
“Get 30% discount on any SEO package and 30-day money back guarantee”
- Minimum commission is $200 per sales
- Close 5 clients per week and you’ll get a bonus of $500 each week
- Annual OTE of $120’000+
