Real estate Cold Calling

Good afternoon,

This is Mike and Max, we are in the business of real estate in Florida, USA and are looking for someone with experience in telemarketing and cold calling. If you have worked with Realtors in the past that is a plus, but not mandatory.
You will support us part-time, about 3-4 hours daily, and a few hours on the weekends. Most likely it will be in the morning Eastern Standard Time (EST). Your job will be to cold call home owners during specified hours and to get us listing appointments where we can meet with the owners and present to them our services. The ultimate goal is to have them sign a listing agreement to sell their home with us as their Realtors.
What we provide:
- Phone numbers of expired listings and For-Sale-By-Owners (FSBOs).
- A summary of our services so you know who you are representing on the phone
- A summary of our expectations and compensation
- Proven scripts you can work with
- Dialing system to call
Expectations:
- Must be fluent in English
- Availability of 3-4 hours in the morning (EST) during business days
- Availability of a few hours on the weekends and certain US-holidays
- Reliable electricity and high speed internet connection
