As a Sales Development Representative you'll identify revenue opportunities from qualified leads over the phone through outbound selling strategies.

Responsibilities:
- The SDR is often the first contact a potential client has us. For this reason it is essential that you present yourself in a professional manner over the phone.
- You’ll be on an aggressive growth plan to get Adwords certified with a great understanding of how SEO works. You’ll work closely with our Sr. Marketing Consultants to identify qualified opportunities and use tools to help you identify needs quickly in order to develop solid sales opportunities for your team.

Your primary work will consist of:
- Prospecting and setting appointments for Sr. Marketing Consultants
- 80% of your work time will be spent on prospecting new business over the phone
- Qualifying prospects for a complimentary evaluation of their online marketing efforts
- Building value for prospects so they show up for scheduled appointments

- Sets and achieves goals

- Gets excited about sales and is competitive
- Technology inclined

Bonus Qualifications
1+ years outbound sales experience
- B2B sales experience
- Adwords certified
- SEO experience

Other Job Details:
- Set appointments using our own dialer 25-30 hours/week
- Calling hours: sometime between 8:00am - 6:30pm Mountain
- Standard Time (I'm available from 9 - 3:30 MST)

Compensation:
- $6.00 per hour +5% commission on closed deals
- Training is paid for

It is important you have a reliable internet connection for VOIP calls, a reliable computer and a headset that sounds professional (the voice recording sounded great)

The training goes on for about 9 weeks, but you'll be on the phones on the 2nd day. The first week there is about 5 hours of training and the majority of the time is spent calling. All of this will be outlined for you when I get you setup.
