Title: Executive Recruiting Assistant
Description: Seeking a well-qualified individual part-time (20-30 hrs/wk) to act as a recruiting assistant for executives of fast-growing company.
Duties:
• Generally oversees recruitment of new agents
• Emails prospective agents
• Sets up and conducts phone interviews with prospective agents
• Assist new agents in getting started, including helping them go through online training, and answering general questions
• Proactively and regularly contact new agents to support them
• Listen to company conference calls twice a week to stay informed on promotions that could be useful helping new agents get started
• Clock in and out at the beginning and end of shifts and during non-activity
• Candidate will work either from home or Dallas office as determined by executive staff
• Avoids legal challenges by understanding and abiding by current legislation and recommending new procedures
• Meets recruitment and sales objectives as determined by executive staff
• Other activities as determined by executive staff
