Our Mortgage company in Kirkland, Washington is looking for an INDISPENSABLE RECRUITER with Sales and Appointment Setting Experience who can interview applicants per day over the phone in Washington and Atlanta Area and will be working full-time by calling Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers.
Responsibilities:
As an appointment setter/ interviewer -- you will be calling 40-50+ candidates per day to set and schedule appointments to meet with our Executive Directors.
Your job is to make sure that the candidates will show up by following up with them at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and emailing them to make sure that they are going to show up.
Goal:
To set at least 2-3 appointments per day, 10 per week.
Qualifications:
Appointment setting experience
Recruitment experience
Mortgage Background
Good communication skills
People Person
Have good phone voice
Excellent Customer Service
