Screen Outbound leads and transfer to Health Insurance agent. We use the Five9 dialer system that uses a Softphone (you will need to have fast internet connection and a USB headphone). The hours are from 9 am Pacific time to 6 pm Pacific time Monday though Thursday and 9 am to 4 pm Pacific time on Fridays. This is a long term project that has no end date. Because we get a high volume of leads we need to hire outbounders that are able to commit to the hours. We expect an outbounder to transfer between 15 to 20 prospects a day.
